MENU
Americans have a love affair with lobster!
Americans have a love affair with lobster! That’s why our signature dish served at Killer Lobster will be Chef Zandge’s Famous Killer Lobster Roll. We will also feature a special Caviar dish, and a Crab and Shrimp Roll. All menu will be DUNKED in Chef Zandge’s specially-created sauces. Our rolls are Chelle Rolls, specially made for us by our bakery.
Unlike traditional lobster rolls made with mayonnaise, Killer Lobster rolls will be served with an original creamy, savory handmade sauce created by Chef Zandge. These fresh and unique sauces are absolutely addicting, and act as the perfect pairing to the fresh seafood and roll.
Each Lobster Roll will also be served with homemade chips.
Other items will be added to the menu in the same fashion. The menu will be small, but each item is guaranteed to be a culinary masterpiece, crowd-pleaser and menu super star.
Our menu prices will be moderate in order to reach all income levels. We do not want to price anyone out of enjoying these delicious Chef Zandge creations.
We will place these self-contained, high-class “lobster shacks” in select parking lots that are anchored by upscale grocery stores and other retail. We will have a chic and comfortable sit down, area as well as Take Out and Delivery service.
Our ideal customer has an appreciation for fast, convenient, higher-priced and delicious gourmet comfort food that is prepared with premium fresh ingredients. We want them to remember forever taking their last bite, and immediately want more!
We know once they taste Chef Zandge’s decadent lobster roll, topped and mixed with her gourmet sauce, they will cherish their last bite, and think about coming back every time they find themselves at that shopping center. And they will even make special trips to feed their addiction for the best Lobster Roll in America.
Killer Lobster will have a strong social media, print and TV presence to drive traffic and promote specials. Our goal is to blitz any given franchise area with various ads to make everyone aware of this delicious new food option.
